How to Book the Conference Room Online

  1. Pick the date you would like to book the conference room for.
  2. Select the starting time for the booking, then the finish time for the booking. The “Book Now” button will turn a bright Green
  3. Click the “Book Now”  button on the right. Once it has become “faded Green’ then you can proceed to the checkout.
  4. Click the button “Confirmed once Booked” to go to the “Checkout” page. On this page you will be able to fill out your details (such as Name, Company/Business Name, Email, Address etc) any coupon if you have one, and pay for your booking online.
  5. You will receive an email with your details and confirmation of the booking.


Ganalili Centre has a conference room that seats a maximum of 40 people.

There are Tea & Coffee facilities provided at no cost.

Hire Costs:

  • $120 per hour (inc. GST) or
  • $600 per day (inc. GST)

If you would prefer to book offline, please use the attached form to do so:


Hours Available: 7am to 9pm
Days Available: 7 days
Booking either hourly, half day, or full day.

Bookings can be made on the hour or half hour.

Please Note:

We have a no alcohol policy, so please don’t bring any alcohol onto the premises. If you do, then your function will be cancelled immediately, and you will be asked to leave.
